Olfactory memory can stay in our brain for long time which can recall a series thing that relevant with this smell. Is there a smell has lingered on your mind since long time ago? It may fade away from your life by the passage of time, but sometimes it is called to my mind incidentally.
" Close your eyes, what fragrance come to mind? "
This collection is inspired from a fragrance I have smelt before. Fragrance is intriguing and interesting, it is invisible, untouchable and can’t store it by any way, it just fade away in short time. However, it can let me recall the relatable memory even actually I can’t recall the smell anymore when I have not smell it for long time.
I convert the memory fragrance as top nose, middle nose and base nose of perfume. For the top nose I can’t find a specific smell for it, so just imagine it comes as a water or sea wave trick and surround you all around, it will let you slightly merge into a liquid, hazy but be pulled by it. For the middle nose, it is relatively concrete as the comfortable and enjoyable sun flower or yellow peony, they bloom brilliantly at the moment. Finally when the smell gradually dissipated, it just leave slight daisy smell that may let you yearning .
