Morau (もらう) is the same meaning as いただきます, Japanese people usually will say "itadakimasu"before they start their meal. Morau means receive something form others, they will thanks to the food that given by the nature. shokuji is an important daily activity because it provide enough energy to support our daily work. People can also gain happiness through a delicious meal.
